If the Troubleshooting section on the left does not help you fix the problem, please ship us the product and we will repair it for you. Use the topics on the left to learn more........

If the Startouch instrument exhibits a distinct change in performance, such as:

Make sure (GS) ground screw is in place and tightened as all the other screws. This will ensure proper grounding.

Check patch cords
Check instrument cord
Swap patch cords if problem still exists the unit may need service, change instruments. If LED's fade prematurely, make sure center Jack is unplugged when not in use.
Check if liquid has been spilled into the unit
Check if the unit has been dropped or damaged

If all above recommendations don't fix the problem, send unit in for service.

Ship your unit prepaid and insured, in its original packaging or something equally protective.
You are responsible for your Startouch unit until it is in our hands, so insist on proof-of-delivery receipt.

Your day-time telephone number
Copy of your original receipt, if its out of labor warranty (older than 3 months)
Send $10 or credit card number with expiration date to cover cost of repair and diagnosis labor only.
If your ST is less than 1 year old any parts deemed defective will be replaced FREE per warranty.
If STI is older than 1 year send $15.00 to cover parts and labor.
For units that have been abused or modified a repair cost will be calculated based on parts and labor. You will be contacted if the repair cost exceed the $15.00 basic charge.
